How can I pay for your products?

In most cases we accept PayPal as it's easy, secure and convenient for both parties involved. However we also accept Bitcoin and Perfect Money. If you are interested in using the latter instead of checking out directly through PayPal then you'll need to contact us first.


How long until my item arrives?

All of our packages are sent out from our warehouse in China using regular economy mail (also known as "snail mail"). This means that your product will arrive anywhere between 15-45 days after being marked as shipped.

Unfortunately we can't speed up the delivery if we wish to continue offering FREE shipping. Here's a table with our estimates:

In some extreme cases your package can take up to 45 days to reach you. This is most common during the holiday seasons and can't be helped. However if 45 days have passed and you still haven't received anything, feel free to contact us for either a full refund or a reship of your chosen item!


What about customs charges?

You are responsible for any and all charges applied to your item(s) as they pass through your countries customs inspection. For larger orders it may be possible that you are asked to pay a customs fee in order to get your package out of the post office. For small orders this normally isn't the case.
